Antoaneta Costache

I am Antoaneta Costache (Anna), a speech-language therapist/educational psychologist and a specialist in myofunctional therapy.

I believe in individualized programs (delivered as intensive therapy periods of approximately three months, followed by reassessment and adjustment of goals), close collaboration with the family, and steady, step-by-step progress in a friendly and safe environment.
In my practice, every child receives the attention, patience, and support they need, whether facing mild difficulties or more complex challenges.

Sessions can be conducted in both Romanian and English.

Academic and Professional Training

I graduated from the Faculty of Special Education and the master's program "Language Therapy and Educational Audiology" at Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca.

I have completed numerous professional training courses in speech-language pathology and complementary therapies, including ABA therapy, myofunctional assessment and therapy, speech and language assessment and therapy, sensory therapy, PECS, and Motivational Voice Learning.

These specializations allow me to approach each case comprehensively, tailored to the individual needs of each child.

Mission

Mission and Objectives

My mission is to support children and their families in developing communication skills, oro-facial functions, and self-confidence. I believe every child has unique potential and deserves the opportunity to find their voice and freely express their thoughts and emotions.

Through speech-language therapy and myofunctional therapy, I aim to create individualized programs tailored to each child's needs. I rely on thorough assessments, validated scientific methods, and close collaboration with parents, ensuring that progress achieved during sessions is reinforced at home.

I strive for each session to be more than a simple exercise — an experience of learning, discovery, and joy. For me, patience, empathy, and consistency are fundamental values in working with children.

The ultimate goal is for them to develop not only communication skills but also self-confidence, so they can grow harmoniously and integrate successfully into family, school, and community.

AOMFT

Academy of Oro-Facial Myofunctional Therapy

AOMFT brings together specialists in the assessment and treatment of oro-facial disorders, providing a framework for training and experience sharing based on the latest concepts and therapeutic methods. Through courses, workshops, and interdisciplinary meetings, topics such as breathing, mastication, swallowing, speech, and oro-facial posture are addressed.
